This topic explains how to integrate TestRail with Monday.com. There are currently two ways to integrate TestRail with Monday.com, namely.<\/p>\n
The defect URLs are used to let TestRail know how to access your Monday.com instance. Once the URLs have been configured, a new Add<\/strong> link appears next to the Defects field in the Add Test Result dialog<\/strong>. This link allows you to jump to Monday.com\u2019s New Task form to report a new bug. Additionally, entered issue IDs are linked to your Monday.com instance to make it easier to track the status of your issues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n To configure Monday.com’s URLs in your entire TestRail instance, select Administration > Integration.<\/strong> You can alternatively enter separate bug tracker URLs for each project under Administration > Projects<\/strong>. For more information on configuring defect integrations, click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n Use the following example URLs to configure the addresses, making sure you input the corresponding instance and IDs in each URL:<\/p>\n The reference URLs are used to link test cases to issues stored in Monday.com via the\u00a0<\/span>References\u00a0<\/strong>field. Once the URLs have been configured, issue IDs entered in the\u00a0References<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>field are linked to your Monday.com instance to make it easier to jump to related issues, feature specifications or requirements.<\/p>\n To configure Monday.com\u2019s URLs for the References field, select\u00a0<\/span>Administration > Integration<\/strong>. You can alternatively enter separate reference URLs for each project under\u00a0Administration > Projects<\/strong>.
